Direct File Submission

As Xactimate is a estimating software, invoices cannot be created for your company. Therefore, Restoration Resolutions CANNOT submit your estimate directly for payment.

A contractor MUST create an INVOICE through their preferred invoicing software, for submission and attach the Xactimate file to validate the invoice.

Restoration Resolutions WILL help you defend the file as best as possible, and within out legally allowed limits.

This includes discussing how the provided estimate was created, discuss any input errors, or disputes on line item usage. However, we have ZERO ability to negotiate, or discuss what should, or should not, be covered on a claim for payment.

Only a Public Adjuster may legally negotiate and/or discuss a claim and what should or should not be covered under the policy language.

If you are in need of a Public Adjusters assistance, a referral may be provided.

Our core belief is in integrity

Restoration Resolutions understands that not every estimate leads to a job due to various uncontrollable factors. If your company fails to sell the project within the Net 45 invoice period, we will waive the 2nd invoice fee.

**We reserve the right to deny waiving the fee if we believe the policy is being taken advantage of.**

This provided fee schedule aims to establish trust in our created estimates by directly connecting our fees to the approved estimate values. Due to operating on a percentage basis, you can trust that we will only estimate for those items that can be validated and are required and that “fluff” that cannot be substantiated will not be present.
